Returns & Exchanges

At Dr. Denim, we want you to love your fit; if your new denim isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Denim

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your parcel at any authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
